RATBAG: "This song is our usual set opener, and it was one of the first songs we did. It was one of the two songs I carried over from the Poison Hearts. The lyrics are about fear, paranoia, the way that some people seem scared of their own shadow. People are always frightened nowadays; they read stuff in the papers about how civilisation is crumbling around them and they believe it. Really, things are no worse now than they were thirty years ago, but the papers blow it up more. Scared people are easier to manipulate."
